I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and fresh, looked like they had been recently decorated, with natural colors and new patio doors. The service, however, was unprofessional and rude when handling our complaint, which was disappointing. The location was excellent, close to the south beaches and all facilities nearby. The dining experience had lots of choices to suit everybody, but some products lacked taste. Despite some downsides, the hotel provided good value for money overall.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for four friends, but the service left a lot to be desired with unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff. The location was convenient near the beach and local amenities, but the dining options were limited and not very appealing.
