I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and fresh, looked like they had been recently decorated, with natural colors and new patio doors. The service, however, was unprofessional and rude when handling our complaint, which was disappointing. The location was excellent, close to the south beaches and all facilities nearby.
